Treasury Systems Associate Manager


Job Description:

This role will support the Corporate Treasury Systems function in maintaining, and growing capabilities of Arrow's Treasury Management Solution. This role will focus heavily on understanding finance and treasury needs, designing solutions that will meet business needs, and managing the implementation process. Strong project management skills required. In addition, the Treasury Systems Manager will be expected to engage with other departments such as Controllership, A/P, A/R, IT, and global businesses as required.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage projects and analyze business needs to implement new functionality, connectivity and integrations.
  • Serve as one of the primary systems analyst for finance-managed applications including the Bank Portals, and Treasury systems.
  • Maintain and support direct connectivity with internal and external financial partners.
  • Supervise at least one Treasury Analyst responsible for day-to-day system maintenance and support, as well as project assistance.
  • Provide oversight and support of daily treasury system functionality, lead escalated research and issue resolution.
  • Monitor external environment for new tools and technological changes to ensure the organization's systems remain current and compliant with industry and technology best practices.
  • Monitor internal environment to ensure systems are designed and operate with appropriate level of internal controls.
  • Work with Internal Audit and Compliance teams, as well as external Audit teams.
  • Develop, maintain and lead trainings for treasury system functionality and procedures.
  • Develop and run ad hoc reports and database queries based on business needs.
  • Develop and maintain performance reporting and metrics for senior management.
  • Maximize system use and capacity to support current and changing business needs.
  • Execute other projects, assignments and tasks as required.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, computer science, or information Technology is required.
  • Master's degree is preferred
  • Knowledge and training with treasury applications including functional and system administration.
  • Prior TMS experience is strongly preferred including but not limited to (GTreasury, SunGard Integrity, FXall, Chatham, Bloomberg Terminal, or similar products)
  • Working knowledge of accounting and treasury preferred.
  • Strong ability to work as part of a team, work with a high degree of self-direction and motivation, and able to lead and manage specified projects.
  • Willingness and desire to manage a small team and support their career advancement.
  • The highest degree of problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communications skills, both oral and written, with the ability to work in an international, multi-cultural organization.
  • Ability to communicate technical and/or complex information to a variety of end users.
  • Business Analysis experience.
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and practical problem-solving abilities.
  • International experience beneficial.
  • Exceptional skills in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, Visio and Project
  • Prefer no less than five years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Treasury or IT

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$85,909.09 - $104,999.99

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
