RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Orlando, FL that is looking for a Tier 1 Tech Support (Troubleshooting Support) to join their team. This role's primary focus is taking calls and/or following up on user submitted tickets for work from home users having network issues for a single customer.Summary:The Tier 1 Tech Support - Troubleshooting Support is responsible for small Meraki firewalls the users have taken home. If they have issues, the candidate will need to troubleshoot and isolate the issue to the Meraki device, the user's home internet, or potentially another application, which we then escalate.REQUIREMENTS:
