Your Role:

As a Truck Operator with Millipore Sigma, you will operate box trucks, tractor trailers, and forklifts to move a combination of chemicals and components between the St. Louis Millipore Sigma facilities and 3PL warehouses. This position is a Monday-Friday day shift, that is strictly local deliveries and pickups. This position is directly responsible for ensuring Millipore Sigma compliance with DOT regulations.

  • Ensure the safe movement of hazardous material
  • Provide outside customer support
  • Perform multiple warehouse functions at various sites as needed
  • This role is a Relief Driver position & will work in the warehouse on days not needed as a driver

Physical Attributes:
  • Lifting of up to 50 lbs

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of experience driving a commercial vehicle
  • Class A or B CDL license with Hazmat & Tanker endorsements, automatic vs manual transmission restrictions on license, and airbrake restriction lifted

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • SAP knowledge
  • EAP and drug and alcohol certification
  • 1+ years of warehouse and forklift experience
