Position #1: Sr Underwriter (DE or SAR cert)

Position #2 Conventional Underwriter (Some Positions offer fast track to DE Certification)

Base Salary: $100-150K

Sign on bonus: $10,000- $30,000

Location: 100% remote forever

• This varies for each candidate but this is a sample... 1-60 files = base 61+ files = $70/ file Weekend spiffs vary but currently $500 bonus for 5 files and $1000 for 10 files Averages among the team range from 80-280 files / month

Company #2 Highlights

Salary: $120K - $150K (flex if above, still send)

Sign on bonus - $10K - $20K

• They are currently on a x 2 commission structure right now (A Rally they call it) through 2021 pays 2/3 upfront and holds 1/3 after rally is over and will be paid in a lump sum** The rally is simply a double commission.
