EverCommerce's customer base is growing rapidly across our portfolio of healthcare technology companies (EverHealth). To further accelerate our growth, we have established one centralized Revenue organization across EverHealth tasked with sales, retention and expansion opportunities. The Sr. Sales Manager - Charge Capture will lead a team of Account Executives who are responsible for selling into our Charge Capture segment. This leader will be tasked with driving new sales as a key leader in the EverHealth Revenue Organization.

As a Sr. Sales Manager, you will be responsible for establishing the Charge Capture Sales organization, coaching and improving individual AEs, while owning and continuously optimizing the processes, metrics and ultimately performance of the sales funnel. Additionally, this person will need to embody and demonstrate the culture and values of the most important aspect of our company - our people.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience hiring, coaching, and leading remote (WFH) teams at modern SaaS companies, specifically across sales and/or sales-oriented teams. This person will have a track record of improving team performance with a hands-on approach to all aspects of the direct sales motion, while closely and effectively collaborating across marketing, support and product leaders to drive demand velocity and Net Dollar Retention (NDR).

While this is a management role, much of this person's time during the early months will be working in Gong.io, to better understand the nuances of our products, use cases and competitors, positioning and pricing, and behaviors of our customers, as well as the individual reps.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team to deliver consistent and predictable sales targets across the Charge Capture organization
  • Standardize and own all expansion-related metrics and targets (team and individual performance)
  • Oversee the enhancement and adoption of standardized, core departmental processes and procedures, including establishing and optimizing segment-specific journeys
  • Run regular individual and team coaching sessions
  • Own and drive engagement and alignment with Sales in partnership with Product, Marketing and Support
  • Provide strategic and tactical leadership and development for direct reports and teams
  • Remove obstacles and establish cross-functional synergy with Product, Sales and Marketing to ensure the team stays in the best position to be successful
  • Provide regular feedback to executive leadership on trends, issues and opportunities related to customer success
  • Lead the values and vision experience for your department daily

Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 years of sales experience in a $10M+ ARR business, with:
    • No less than 3 years leading/managing SaaS teams
    • No less than 3 years in a sales or revenue-focused role
  • Proven track record of success, effectively forecasting performance and developing talent
  • Experience managing complex sales in the healthcare technology industry
  • Experience managing multi-product sales and/or new product rollouts
  • Expert level Salesforce.com experience and related tech stack admin/management experience
  • Expert-level SaaS contract and subscription management knowledge
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
  • Demonstrated willingness and ability to find and lead improvements and take ownership of losses as much as wins
