Job Summary:

The Software Engineer III is a middle-level role responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications. What You'll Do:

• Design and develop software applications: The Software Engineer III is responsible for designing, coding, and testing software solutions, ensuring they meet the requirements and specifications. They utilize programming languages, frameworks, and tools to create efficient and scalable applications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: This role requires strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with product managers, designers, and other engineers. Software Engineer III collaborates with these teams to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and contribute to the overall success of the project.

• Produce robust, maintainable, highly tested, reusable code for developing functionality, configuration, improved performance, scalability, availability, security, monitoring and alerting for software test, integration, and production environments.

• Understand the Business/Stakeholder/Technical requirements and assist in analyzing the existing solutions to address the needs. Assist in creation of simple, modular, extensible functional design for the product/solution in adherence to the requirements.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test cases and deployment procedures.

What You'll Bring:

• Strong Hands-on Front-End Testing (UI/Functional/Integration) and Automation experience

• Advance Knowledge of JavaScript or Typescript, and ReactJS - state management within React. Preferably within a framework like Gatsby or Next.js)

• Experience in creating and executing API test cases using Postman and Swagger for APIs, such as RESTful and SOAP

• Functional programming or Reactive programming

• Spring boot, Hibernate, Spring Security, Spring integration - Mid to Advance knowledge of SQL (SQL Server is more likely to be the DB we will use - but any other DB knowledge transfers)

• Proficiency in writing scalable modern java script-based web applications.

• Strong fundamentals in OO, Functional js, client-side MVC and CSS per-processing frameworks.

• Experience with Continuous Integration and related tools (Jenkins, others), Source Control (Git), API Testing, Development/IDS, Relational/NO SQL DB
