Job SummaryThe Inspector position will monitor the quality of incoming and outgoing materials to ensure product meets customer expectations. Will also be responsible for remaking defective manufactured cabinets. This position will report directly to the Quality Assurance Supervisor.


* Verify incoming material, when needed by confirming specifications, conducting visuals and measurement checks, as required
* Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards based on company objectives
* Document inspection results by completing reports and logs
* Perform audits, in process production, and on finished products
* Look at ways to improve quality in all areas
* Keep measurement equipment clean, safe and locked up
* Read work orders or other instructions to determine product specifications or materials requirements
* Repair RTF doors by utilizing spray gun and thermofoil heat press machine
* Perform audit utilizing Floor Audit Tools
* Commit to a safe working environment free from harm ensuring personal safety and the safety of others.
* Specific job functions will vary on a daily bases and could be based on the business needs
* Perform other job duties as assigned

* Minimum 1 year of related QC experience preferred
