Job Description

UX designer, individual contributor, 2-4years' experience. will have demonstrated expertise in creating and implementing UX designs and have proven proficiency in all aspects off the job.

• Managing all aspects of the design process, from research and ideation to creative conceptualization and design. Collaborating with stakeholders to research and develop cohesive design plans, concepts and prototypes while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Initiating project and provides training to enhance the core competence of team members. Works with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders to ensure final design output meets the needs of the organization and its customers.
• Analysing research findings to inform design directions.
• Developing cohesive design plans, concepts, and prototypes in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Developing schedules, and timeline for projects.
• Evaluating new design ideas or concepts, design critiques.
• Initiating research activities based on project requirements.
• Planning objectives and agendas for design workshops.
• Expert capabilities in wireframing, interaction and visual design, user flows and information architecture. The ideal candidate will thrive in a work environment that requires strong problem-solving skills, self-direction and innovative thinking, consistently drives great design, writing and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Figma, working within design systems and other design tools.
• JIRA/scrum.
