RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a UX Designer II for a remote role.Summary:We're building purpose-driven and people-focused teams that are developing the next generation of decision support tools for clinicians at the point of care. Our client has a pathway navigation product used by Oncologists to align treatment recommendations with clinical best practices and standards of care. The product team is on a journey to innovate in the Oncology space and is focused on supporting providers in their mission to improve patient outcomes. As a Senior UX Designer, you will work inside a matrixed organization leading the design strategy, discovery, and delivery for the next evolution of the product alongside a distributed and passionate team of Product, Technology, and Commercial partners. You should be comfortable in a highly collaborative environment and excited to learn more about complex clinical needs and use cases. You will be supported by a UX team of over 70 members specializing in areas like strategy, research, and design, with opportunities to grow your career and expand your professional specialties. The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
