RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a full-time UX Product Designer to support our enterprise technology client based in Round Rock, TX.Key Responsibilities:As a UX Product Designer, you will actively partner with Product and Engineering teams to strategize experiences aligned to business goals. You will cultivate an environment of sustained creativity and professional growth. You will play the role of a player-coach for your design team.Duties:- UX Product Designer will design layouts and key interactions
- Design and contribute components to the Live Style Guide (Figma and Adobe XD)
- Collaborate in stand-ups, retros, and working sessions
- As a UX Product Designer, you will lead workshops and brainstorming sessions
- Present to stakeholders
- Daily pairing with engineers, POs, business partners
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experienced, at least 3-5 years, in enterprise level digital product design
- Experienced in working with developers and product managers
- Experienced at defining problems and objectives through data, research, and understanding of customers, and letting those objectives inform elegant, practical solutions
- Knowledgeable in data-driven design and human centered design
- An exemplar of excellent communication, facilitation, coordination, and organization skills
- Excels in navigating though divergent and convergent discovery-based design thinking
- Take broad conceptual ideas and rapidly turn them into valuable, useful, applications for internal users
- Able to apply empathy-first and a -yes, and -mindset to get stuff done
- Ability to plan for sprints ahead while executing production-ready, iterative, design
- Ability to explore, design, and validate complex user journeys and user flows for key scenarios
- Ability to design low-fidelity and hi-fidelity layouts and key interactions
- Qualified candidates must include an online or PDF portfolio with their application
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
