Regeneron's device development team is looking to fill a Vendor Logistics Coordinator position for vendor onboarding and contracts. In this position you will assist with tracking, recording and establishing contracts, intellectual property and new supplier profiles for device development projects.

As a Vendor Logistics Coordinator, a typical day might include the following:

• Liaising and aligning between functions on status of contracts and vendor setup for onboarding suppliers

• Developing, implementing and maintaining records of vendor onboarding and contract status

• Regularly updating trackers, scheduling/hosting meetings, and communicating status to requestors and other parts of the organization

• Engaging with and educating groups of colleagues on internal onboarding processes and contract requirements

• Continuously identifying solutions and pushing to continuously improve the supplier onboarding process from the device development requestor end

• Tracking the status of internal intellectual property matters with respect to internal programs and helping obtain associated documentation from colleagues

• Ability to maintain an independent and objective perspective while developing and maintaining a positive relationship with external vendors and internal organization

• Passion for fast-paced collaborative culture, organization, relationship building, and taking ownership of projects

Level is determined based on qualifications relevant to the role.

To be considered for this role you must have a Bachelor of Science in Paralegal Studies, Bachelors of Science in Procurement, Bachelors of Science in New Product Development, or a similar field and 2+ years of experience in supplier relations and/or legal documentation or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior experience in the medical device industry and/or legal industry is preferred. Paralegal with docketing experience preferred. Intellectual property experience preferred.
