Veterinary Technician/ Client Service Representative
We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Technician/ Client Service Representative to join our team.

Why We Need You
As the face of VCA, the Client Service Representative sets the tone for the practice as we build and maintain each customer's trust and confidence in our abilities. The CSR is the pivot around which the hospital operates and is responsible for:
efficient, compassionate patient care, ability to communicate clearly with staff and clients, knowledge of surgical and radiographic techniques/triage/pharmaceuticals/nursing/laboratory and dental care. Technicians are also responsible for the cleanliness of the treatment and surgical suites, maintaining an efficient schedule and communicating directly with clientele about the medical needs of their patients. Duties may change based upon hospital needs.
Customer service functions include greeting visitors, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms. Scheduling and confirming appointments, placing outbound calls for follow-ups and reaching out to prospective clients. CSR's also are responsible for presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments and answering questions regarding products and services.
Hospital maintenance (including removal of animal waste) and ensuring that facility is neat and clean at all times-both inside and outside.
