About the Role
As a Vice President of Enterprise Sales, you will develop and oversee the delivery of a successful sales strategy for our nursing and education business unit. You will ensure exceptional customer value through delivering enterprise business models and solution opportunities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and plan initiatives that lead to growth.
Responsibilities
- Developing and driving a successful sales strategy to achieve sustainable mid and long-term business growth
- Setting and achieving revenue and product targets by delivering sales metrics solutions under or on budget
- Developing an understanding of competitor landscapes and customer decisions by gathering, monitoring and evaluating information on our competition
- Leading and developing a high-performing team through coaching and mentoring to deliver successful outcomes
- Developing trusted relationships with key decision makers in national accounts and strategic partners to bring information to our business
- Providing intelligence to product owners to respond to market trends to identify future products and enhancements and pricing models
- Collaborating with Marketing and Product teams to ensure our products, marketing and training materials meet the needs of our customers
Requirements
- Demonstrate solid, successful sales experience in the higher education space
- Show experience of building and leading outstanding and high-performing sales teams
- Experience of developing and implementing effective sales strategies
- Experience drafting and delivering RFPs for rewarding outcomes
- Demonstrate a track record of closing multi-product, multi-year enterprise sales agreements
- Show expertise in industry trends, provider business models, enterprise deal structures, and contract negotiations
- Proven ability to develop and manage complex, multi-faceted executive Sales processes
- Show the ability to build solid relationships with C-Level and C-Suite decision makers to accelerate and close large opportunities
- Have the ability to lead, motivate and collaborate with cross-channel teams
- Be able to travel to meet with clients and customers around 50% of your working time
