Job Requirements:
* Execute Global virtual events across Business Units, Departments, and Teams: dedicated individual to create the virtual event experience and manage event details; responsibility for ensuring event registration is set-up properly; hosting tool and chat features are tested and ready to go; content is uploaded in a timely manner; ensure all platform and event features and functionality are operating effectively and efficiently
* Manage all platform logistics, partner with the tech team on technical needs, ensure security and compliance with Elsevier standards and GDPR
* Serve as liaison with teams to assist in project managing events, event build, flow and timing, and provide expertise throughout the process to ensure success
* Support new sales channel via virtual event platform by executing Global medical specialty selling events
* Build engaging and interactive events with inclusion of gamification
* Oversee platform analytics reporting and measurements
* Work with business team to identify platform needs, integration strategy, and build out roadmap
* Train others on the mechanics of how best to utilize the virtual event platform
* Optimize events/uses for the virtual space, such as: Product launches, Webinars, Workshops, Pilot programs, Internal/external meetings, Marketing campaigns, User Group meetings, Market Research
