Job Overview

Majesco is seeking an experienced, client-facing senior-level Program Manager who has successfully and simultaneously managed multiple complex software projects and programs. In addition, our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Life & Annuity Health Insurance domain and will play a highly visible, client facing and consultative role.

Deep expertise in Business and Workforce transformation is required. The candidate should possess the ability to lead Delivery and transform the organization in parallel. SAFe certification is preferred but experience leading agile- based Programs is a must.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading geographically dispersed teams working with Systems Integrator partners.

As the business liaison between the client and technical team, this role provides support throughout the project development life cycle, so experience managing large, complex software engagements in the Life & Annuity Health insurance domain space across various lines of business is required.

This position is US-based and may require up to 50% travel to client sites based on the need. Majesco offer a Remote First work environment and this role can be performed from most locations in the US.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for a portfolio of delivery programs and projects of the most complex nature
• Responsible for project financials/deviations using NetSuite, profitability, project resources, timelines and quality of all deliverables and project outcomes
• Provides clear and consistent messages which are delivered to the project team and clients
• Works closely with technical teams and acts as a liaison between the technical teams and the client
• Coordinates program team resources and make assignments based on skill, capacity, and priority
• Provides timely and accurate status updates (both internally and to the Client)
• Responsible for adherence to Majesco delivery implementation Playbook process requirements; outlines plan and monitors status, as required
• Provides oversight, ongoing coaching and feedback for Project Manager, and program/project resources, timelines and quality of all deliverables and program/project outcomes
• Resolves or escalate issues and risks as needed to Majesco executives or Client
• Responsible for driving consistency and repeatable program/project delivery processes and procedures
• Reviews post Blueprint estimates and estimates for CRs. Derives Total Contract Value (TCV) based on estimates and creates Statements of Work (SOW's)
• Provides thought leadership to Clients and assists them with strategic direction
• Ensures alignment of business, technology and execution at the program level.

What Majesco offers:

Majesco is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $170,000 - 200,000. This position is also eligible for a yearly bonus based on performance.
