As a Warranty Engineer for CNH AfterMarket Solutions group, you will perform activities to analyze warranty failure data, you will implement corrective action to eliminate risk to the company, and you will work with a very capable and dynamic team in Lebanon, Indiana!
Responsibilities
- Work in coordination with the New Holland Warranty group to drive cost containment corrective actions
- Analyze warranty failure modes and perform root cause analysis to eliminate reoccurring defects
- Initiate and manage Corrective Action Requests issued to suppliers and confirm effectivity though product validation activities
- Initiate and run Engineering Change Orders submitted to correct part design issues
- Identify and provide solutions to intra-company process gaps that are contributing to high dollar warranty claims
- Maintain and report key process and key activity indicators
- Recommend new or enhanced methods, procedures and standards
The salary offered for this role will fall between $60,000 and $80,000 annually.

Qualifications
- Bachelors' Degree OR
- Associates' Degree with at least five years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Must have experience utilizing data analytics in a current or previous role
The preferred candidate will have:
- Experience with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
