SAIC is looking for an ambitious Systems Administrator who possesses a combination of Linux and Windows experience, to work on an exciting prime program! Join a fast-paced and growing team of System Administrators in supporting a high visibility Watch Center. In addition to maintaining a private customer cloud, candidates should expect to gain experience in new administration technologies; tackle individual and group projects; work closely with other IT professionals; and participate in a growing and ever-changing mission. Qualifications

Required Technical Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI with Poly
• 15+ years of relevant IT experience in systems administration and a HS/GED diploma 
• Experience with the following aspects of Windows Domain Administration:
  • Active Directory
  • Group Policy
  • DNS
  • DHCP
  • WSUS
• Experience in the following Linux Fields:
  • Apache Tomcat
  • Appliance Installation/Configuration
  • Software version Control (YUM & APT) 
• Experience with Virtualization products and Services
• Experience with Syslog Applications
• Ability to rack/stack/install physical equipment (Lifting up to 70 lbs)
• Willingness to work on a 24/7 on call pager rotation
• Willingness to participate in WMA or CONUS travel (<10%)

Desired Qualifications:

• Strong communication & technical troubleshooting Skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
