RESPONSIBILITIES:

A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Workday Timekeeper Analyst in Saint Louis, Missouri (MO).Responsibilities:

• Run and review reports to ensure that all time and time off is entered, submitted, and approved prior to the established cutoffs to ensure timely processing of the weekly and bi-weekly payrolls
• Work with employees and managers to ensure timely and accurate time reporting and troubleshoot time reporting issues
• Enter missed punches (Check In/Check Out, Meals, etc.) as needed on behalf of employees
• Edit time and submit time on behalf of employees
• Edit timesheets for Roamers to properly charge overtime worked during the week to the correct project
• Approve time when the manager or the manager's delegate is not available
• Run and view Overtime reports as part of payroll audit controls
• Create work schedules that can be used by multiple employees and assist managers with how to assign schedules to employees
• Assist managers with setting up delegates to approve time
• Work in conjunction with C & W Payroll but independently from the payroll processing team
• Interpret time reporting policies and procedures employees and managers
• Obtain policy and procedural clarifications from appropriate sources as needed
• Identify activities being performed that are not consistent with the time reporting policies and procedures
• Identify training needs in the lines of business regarding time reporting, submission, and approval
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Payroll processing experience in a multi-state environment
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends and areas for improvement
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong verbal/written communication skills
• Workday and/or Workday Absence/Time Reporting (preferred)
