RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has an immediate need for a Workday Training Specialist for a 6-12-month contract assignment in White Plains, NY. This position can be done remote, but preference will be given to local/regional candidates.Summary:The client is going live in Workday Core HCM Phase 1 in April 2021 and needs a Workday resource to partner with Business and IT Stakeholders to determine type/level, technology, topics and roll out schedule for Communications, Training, Change Management, etc. The candidate will help understand and determine training needed, work closely with implementation partner with ultimate Training responsibility to ensure Client and End user satisfaction. You will help with Training delivery, coaching, process improvement and problem management as needed. The candidate will most likely not do and curriculum development but be more involved in accessing and determining training needs, level, and content.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Workday Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting and Security experience
  • Communications experience
  • E-learning experience
  • Training needs assessment experience
  • Training schedule experience
  • Training Guides experience
  • Virtual/Web/Online Training experience
  • End User Training experience
