Waubonsee Community College's Adult and Workforce Education division is currently seeking a Workforce Education Trainer for Spanish courses to be taught off-site at employer partner locations within Waubonsee's district.

Local employers frequently engage with the college to address specific professional development needs on behalf of their workforce; customized solutions are then designed and delivered in a way to best serve the employees. Workforce Trainers provide skills-based training and experiences in a traditional or non-traditional classroom setting and/or lab environment.

This is a Professional Development offering with no credit attached; students will not be graded for the duration of class. A curriculum has been developed following a textbook but contextualization to the work environment will be expected.

We are only accepting applications from Spanish/English bilingual candidates who are available to teach in person during weekday and daytime hours. There is flexibility when determining the class schedule.
