Earn $21.15/hour

The Wraparound Facilitator serves as the primary contact person for the family and collaboratively supports the development of the individualized Plan of Care for the child.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services field, such as Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work

• Minimum of two (2) years of full-time experience working in relevant family, children/youth or community service capacity

• Must pass a Louisiana criminal history background check and motor vehicle screen

• Must have access to a reliable, insured motor vehicle, with current, valid Driver's License

• Must possess an understanding of child and adolescent development.
