Our recruiting firm is partnering with a medical company in West Palm Beach, FL to find them a Billing Specialist. This is a well-established company looking for someone eager who is interested in contributing in a team environment.

Job Summary

• Invoice creation, distribution and posting
• Update information to reflect accurate billing information
• Reconcile invoices, cash and bank accounts
• Accept and post payments via ACH, credit cards, wires and checks

Qualifications

• 6 months - 1 year of experience in billing or as an accounting clerk
• 100% onsite position
