Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Datastage ETL Developer

Position type: Monterrey (remote if not possible)
Duration: 12 Months
Location: (USA)

As a Datastage ETL Developer you will:

• Minimum six (6) years overall current and hands-on development experience with DataStage and/or Informatica PowerCenter.
• Ability to write, run and adapt SQL.

Duties and responsibilities

• Be a part of scrum team, and participate in all scrum ceremonies
• Provide inputs during grooming of user stories
• Provide correct status to the delivery manager / scrum master / client stakeholder on their tasks

• Should be able to integrate well with Agile multi-vendor environment, and experience in working in global environment
• Responsible in performing unit testing, and support other testing phases (UAT, PROD, integration, performance, etc) till PROD deployment
• Ability to demonstrate high code quality status

• Reviewing and discussing briefs with key personnel assigned to projects.
• Designing and building scalable DataStage solutions.
• Configuring clustered and distributed scalable parallel environments.
• Updating data within repositories, data marts, and data warehouses.
• Assisting project leaders in determining project timelines and objectives.
• Monitoring jobs and identifying bottlenecks in the data processing pipeline.
• Testing and troubleshooting problems in ETL system designs and processes.
• Improving existing ETL approaches and solutions used by the company.
• Providing support to customers about issues relating to the storage, handling, and access of data.

Required Skills:

• Datastage,
• Minimum five (5) years of current and hands-on experience with complex SQL and high-volume Relational databases and SQL Query performance tuning
• Minimum two (2) years of current and hands-on UNIX shell scripting experience.

• d. Previous US Healthcare Claims experience.
• TriZetto Facets knowledge preferred.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $ 893,000 - 1,050,000 Per annum.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
