IT Help Desk Support - Contract-to-Hire - Roseville, MN

Ledgent Technology is partnering with a company that is known for making a difference with their technology products to transform those that are using them to help them overcome their challenges. This position is responsible for working with customer requests via phone, emails, chats and/or virtual meetings. This position will provide accurate and consistent responses to ticketing requests for the various offerings to ensure a timely resolution.

This position is a contract to hire that will be on site 5 days a week in Roseville and pay up to $28/hr with a conversion salary of $50-60k.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service with end users for request via phone, email, chat and virtual meetings
• Provide clear, accurate and consistent responses to inquiries within a timely manner
• Complete all repairs within the defined timeline for same day resolution
• Document activity in salesforce for data integrity and quality control
• Monitor cases for Keyguard-related request, create or identify necessary CAD files that meet customer needs and create work orders to be sent to the Operations team for production and shipment
• Proactively work to find challenges related to processes/workflows and work with leadership to implement improvements
• Support the cross functional training of team members

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of technical customer support experience
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with customers and internal team members
• Attention to detail with a strong track record of proactively seeking solutions to support all task
